Shipping and Handling
EtchOSketch ships through the USPS & FedEx. If your merchandise is being shipped through FedEx, a physical address is needed. FedEx will not ship to a P.O.Box.
The client placing the order is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for the package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that are incurred from the Post Office or FedEx.
If there are special instructions for shipping the clients merchandise, or if the client at the time or placing the order has typed in the wrong address, please contact EtchOSketch at 940.391.7546 or emaile at firstname.lastname@example.org, so those instructions are made known & followed through.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send the client an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped the clients ackage.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the clients mailbox or left at their address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact me at 940.391.7546. No emails, or messages about a return through social media will be responded to.
- You must contact EtchOSketch within 3 days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- The returned merchandise must be recieved by EtchOSketch within 5 days of receiving an return auth #.
- A shipping label will be emailed to you. Print your prepaid shipping label on the outside of the box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal the box completely.
- Drop the box off at any USPS or FedEx shipping center.
- Original receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned. Once merchandise is received by EtchOSketch, you will be contacted.
- Because EtchOSketch is a personalizing company, I will send layouts via text and email for confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, but personalization is correct, IT WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.
- If you would like to return an item that you purchased online at an event that EtchOSketch is at, you need to contact EtchOSketch at 940.391.7546 before you return it at the event. I will not accept a pop-in return from the website without communication first of you showing up to the event.
- If you purchase merchandise at an event, EtchOSketch will hold it for 30 days after its completed. After 30 days, it will be donated to charity.
- If you purchase product at an event and do not contact EtchOSketch with a file of the logo or brand, etc that goes on the merchandise within 30 days, you will not get a return on the merchandise you ordered.
- No merchandise can be returned to the Junktion if it was bought online.
- If your merchandise has the incorrect personalization, even after a confirmation, take a picture of your merchandise and either text or email the image. Provide your name in the text or email. EtchOSketch will contact you and get merchandise with the correct personalization to you in 3-5 business days. Mailing back the product to EtchOSketch will be on a case by case basis.
